“Staff was lovely. So quiet! We walked to dinner and though it felt perfectly safe they sent a security guard along with us who then returned for our walk home. They even sent us with packed breakfasts before our early flight (which we didn’t even ask for!) Breakfast was lovely the day we were able to eat there too. ”

“All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was limited but okay. I requested a room with a view, but didn’t realize it was 6 floors up—with no elevator! Do I asked for a lower-level room and got one on the third floor. The next night I moved to a lower floor, however, it was very noisy. Good thing I had my ear plugs. The location is fantastic!”

“Ottimo albergo a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Quito, efficiente servizio navetta. L'albergo si trova in un paesino vicino all'aeroporto, è un'ottima struttura molto curata, c'è anche una piscina calda. Siamo rimasti solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene, ristorante interno buono.”

“Tutto bene a cominciare dal servizio shuttle dal vicino aereoporto.Sono arrivato alle 2.45 del mattino e mi stavano aspettando. Hotel moderno, funzionale e pulito. Buona la cucina del ristorante ed anche la colazione.”

“Realmente sorprendida y felicitar a quienes desarrollaron este hotel con tanto contexto ecuatoriano con un estilo tan exquisito con un diseño étnico de la mejor calidad, es realmente un orgullo ver que destaquen en este hotel todas las maravillas que tiene el Ecuador. Felicitaciones y espero que existan muchos más, con este nivel, no le pide favores a ningún hotel en ningún otro lugar del mundo.”

“We didn’t expect a lot, but it was amazing. The fresh breakfast, the alpacas, the property itself were fantastic. We arrived at night and they sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Highly recommend this place.”
